VG is excited to collaborate with Ready Player Me, a leading cross-game avatar platform that features partnerships with more than 9000+ esteemed brands such as Adidas, BMW, VR Chat, and Universal Studios. Our project's primary objective is to comprehensively understand their target demographics and preferences, enhancing the avatar design and overall UX. By conducting targeted demographic research, refining avatar designs through user testing, and actively participating in the development and release of their upcoming avatar wearable drop, we aim to ensure the resonation of the designs with the Gen Z audience and meet their evolving needs effectively. The project entails the enhancement and expansion of the Genius League program—an internship initiative that fosters career development and learning experiences in diverse domains, encompassing business, esports, STEM, marketing, and culture. Our collaboration with EG will involve intensive research and strategy development to identify potential expansion opportunities. Additionally, we aim to refine the program's curriculum and organize interactive events, such as watch parties and workshops, to amplify the Genius League's influence within the gaming industry.
